Small single-page utilities. Everything runs client-side.

• base64 — base64 / base64url / hex, both directions, UTF-8 safe
• jwt — decode a JWT's header and claims, with timestamps made readable (does not verify the signature)
• urldecode — percent-decode and -encode a string, all four JS variants side by side
• urlparse — split a URL into its parts, with every query parameter decoded
